Spec & Fix Gen 2 additional keys are cut precisely for a clean, reliable fit. Ideal for spare sets for family, staff, or managed properties. These keys suit our second-generation master keyed suites and insurance-approved TS007 3-Star locks.

We require the code on the key. We’ll cross-reference your order details and delivery address against our registration database. If there are any issues, we’ll contact you. For security, we will never confirm who or where a lock is registered to unless you are the verified registered person.

All keys are cut to order using the details/photos you provide, so we don’t accept returns for keys that have been correctly cut to that information.

If there’s an error on our side, we’ll replace the key free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the key received and the original/key card.
